Trabis is intended for small business and personal finance tracking. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity performed through your use of the application.

All data entered into Trabis is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. No data is transmitted to or stored on external servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

4. Limitation of Liability

Smartordi OG is not liable for any data loss, business decisions made based on information provided by the app, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trabis. The application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

5. Changes to the Service

Smartordi OG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Linz, Austria.
